| Do I need to bring my own detergent? | No. Our washing machines automatically dispense FREE High-Efficiency (HE) detergent once started. Please DO NOT add extra detergent, as this may cause foam overflow or damage the machine. (If you need laundry pods, laundry bags, or dryer sheets, you can purchase them at the payment kiosk.) |

| How long does drying take? | Drying time varies depending on fabric material, load size, and weather humidity. You can select your preferred temperature and duration. Reference Guide: 45 Minutes: Suitable for most cotton clothing. 55 Minutes: Suitable for heavy or thick clothing. 65 Minutes: Suitable for blankets and duvet covers (High temperature effectively eliminates dust mites and allergens). 15 Minutes: Select this if items are still damp and need a quick top-up. |
